CreatorPanorama

Help

How to use every part of CreatorPanorama, with a quick example for each. Creator features live in your dashboard; supporter features work from any creator's page.

For creators

Setting up your page

In Dashboard -> Your page, set a photo, bio, page URL, theme color, and currency. Your page URL is what supporters visit, so pick something short and memorable.

Example: bio "I paint watercolor landscapes and post a new one every Friday", page URL indianpanorama.com/jane-art, theme Rose.

Location & map

Add a city (or exact latitude/longitude for precise placement) in Dashboard -> Your page -> Location. This shows you on the map at Near you so nearby supporters can find you. Leave it blank to stay off the map.

Example: type "Austin, TX" to appear near the center of Austin, or enter 30.2672 / -97.7431 directly if you want to pin an exact address instead.

Membership tiers

In Dashboard -> Membership tiers, add a name, a monthly price, and what supporters get. Supporters subscribe and are billed automatically every month until they cancel.

Example: tier "Backer" at $5/mo - "Early access to new paintings and a monthly behind-the-scenes photo."

Extras (one-time downloads)

In Dashboard -> Extras, upload a file, set a price, and describe it. Supporters pay once and can download it immediately after purchase.

Example: extra "Spring Collection - High-res pack" for $12, with a ZIP of 10 images attached.

Upsell offer

In Dashboard -> Upsell offer, pick one existing extra to promote. Right after someone tips, subscribes, or buys a different extra, they'll see a one-click offer for it.

Example: after any tip, offer the "Wallpaper Pack" extra at a glance so supporters can add it in one click.

Dynamic paywall content

In Dashboard -> Dynamic paywall content, write content that unlocks automatically once a supporter meets a condition you choose - lifetime spend, tip count, or membership tier.

Example: a private Discord invite link that unlocks once a supporter has tipped $20 lifetime, or joined your "Backer" tier.

Goals

In Dashboard -> Goal, set one active goal - supporters, revenue, or tip count - and it shows publicly on your page with a live progress bar.

Example: "Reach 100 supporters" tracked by supporter count, shown as a progress bar under your bio.

Promotions

In Dashboard -> Promotions, post a coupon, deal, or ad about your business - a title, description, either a link or contact info, and an optional photo or short video. It shows on your own page and on the shared Promotions board, searchable by city.

Example: "20% off custom portraits this month" with a photo of your work and a link to your order form, or "Text me at..." as the contact instead of a link.

Withdrawals

In Dashboard -> Withdrawals, once your available balance passes the platform minimum (shown on the panel), request a payout. Your available balance is your lifetime earnings minus the platform's commission (shown on the same panel). An admin reviews and pays it out manually - this isn't instant, so expect a short turnaround.

Example: $1,000.00 earned lifetime, 15% commission leaves $850.00 available - request a $850.00 withdrawal and it moves to Pending until an admin marks it Paid.

Sharing your page

In Dashboard -> Your page, use the Share row to post your page link to X, Facebook, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn, or just copy the link.

Example: tap WhatsApp to send indianpanorama.com/jane-art straight to a group chat.

Collaborations

In Dashboard -> Collaborations, start a shared page with other creators (by their page URLs). Tips sent to the collab page are split evenly between everyone listed.

Example: 3 musicians create a collab called "Weekend Jam Session" - a $30 tip to the collab page pays each of them $10.

Digital asset vault

In Dashboard -> Digital asset vault, upload files for your own private storage. These are never sold or shown on your public page - just a place to keep source files safe.

Example: upload the original PSD for a logo, named "Logo source file", for your own backup.

Supporter CRM

In Dashboard -> Supporter CRM, add private notes and tags about your supporters. Only you can see these - useful for remembering who asked for what.

Example: tag a supporter "VIP" and note "Wants a portrait of their dog, following up in March."

Analytics

Dashboard -> Analytics (last 30 days) shows page views, your views-to-supporters conversion rate, your top tier and extra, and daily charts for revenue and traffic.

Example: notice page views spiked after a share, but conversion stayed flat - a sign to add a clearer call to action.

AI creator tools

Buttons marked with a sparkle (bio, tier descriptions, welcome messages, welcome video scripts) use AI to draft copy for you from a short description - edit the result before saving.

Example: type "I teach watercolor painting to beginners" into "AI write bio" and get a full paragraph to start from.

Developer: API & webhooks

In Dashboard -> Developer, create a read-only API key for your own scripts, or add a webhook URL to get notified the instant a tip, extra purchase, or membership event happens.

Example: point a webhook at your own server to post a Discord message every time a new tip comes in.

Badges & supporter status

Supporters automatically earn badges (bronze, silver, gold, superfan) shown next to their name on your leaderboard as they tip more, and your own page shows a Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum status based on lifetime earnings.

Example: a supporter who has tipped 10+ times shows a "superfan" badge on your leaderboard.

For supporters

Sending a tip

On any creator's page, pick a preset amount or type a custom one, add your name and a message (both optional), and send. No account is required for a one-time tip.

Example: send $5 with the message "Love your work!" - it shows up in their recent supporters feed.

Becoming a member

On a creator's page, choose a membership tier and subscribe. You're billed automatically every month until you cancel, and you unlock anything gated to that tier.

Example: subscribe to the "Backer" tier at $5/mo to unlock a creator's private paywall content.

Buying extras

On a creator's page, buy a one-time extra to get instant access to a download - find your purchases on your dashboard afterward.

Example: buy the "Spring Collection" pack once for $12 and download it right after checkout.

Gifting

Next to any tier or extra, use "Gift this" to buy it for someone else by email instead of yourself.

Example: gift a friend a month of a creator's top tier for their birthday.

Finding creators

Use Discover to browse and search all creators, Near you to see creators on a map by city, and Promotions to browse deals creators have posted - search Promotions by city and radius to see a map of nearby offers too.

Example: open Near you, search "Kochi", and see every creator based within your chosen radius - or do the same search on Promotions to see nearby deals on a map.
